The supporters of Özvatan booed when Pendikspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adnan İlyas didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Duran Doğulu in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Hamdi Kudsi saved Pendikspor from getting behind. Emran Yuvakuran's late challenge caught a Özvatan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emran Yuvakuran helped the player get up and apologised. In the 7th match minute, Pendikspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emran Yuvakuran to maneuver through the defense. Suphi Demircan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hüsrev Sergen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Suphi Demircan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüsrev Sergen, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Pendikspor's Hüsrev Sergen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Suphi Demircan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Suphi Demircan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Orhan Nuh in the 18th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gazanfer Özcan Aksungur got free with Ahmet Hamdi Kudsi in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gazanfer Özcan Aksungurs short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Ahmet Hamdi Kudsi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Suphi Demircan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Orhan Nuh in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Ali Orhan Nuh left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pendikspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 38th minute Ali Orhan Nuh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Suphi Demircan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Resulhan Barçın kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pendikspor's zone, Gazanfer Özcan Aksungur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Hamdi Kudsi came out of the goal and Gazanfer Özcan Aksungur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Resulhan Barçın kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. A collision led to Özvatan getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Paşa Ali Kutuner hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Duran Doğulu was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Orhan Nuh in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Suphi Demircan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Suphi Demircan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Resulhan Barçın in the 54th minute of play. Gazanfer Özcan Aksungur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Hamdi Kudsi having to interfere. Özvatan's Gazanfer Özcan Aksungur got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Gazanfer Özcan Aksungur put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ahmet Hamdi Kudsi. A collision led to Özvatan getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Cem Durkaya hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Özvatan's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Orhan Nuh came free, but Suphi Demircan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Adnan İlyas notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Özvatan's Suphi Demircan. Suphi Demircan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Suphi Demircan made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Hüsrev Sergen sent off a good shot on target. 84 minutes into the match, Ali Orhan Nuh notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Özvatan's Suphi Demircan. Suphi Demircan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 88 played minutes Özvatan got a freekick which was hit by Paşa Ali Kutuner. Pendikspor's Ardahan Özveren couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 89th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Özvatan. Ahmet Hamdi Kudsi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Duran Doğulu went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. The supporters of Pendikspor booed when Özvatan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Güntekin Köken didn't get a good kick on the ball. Suphi Demircan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Orhan Nuh in the 97th minute of play. Pendikspor played a much better game than Özvatan and deserved their victory. The Özvatan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
