Nazil Başeskioğlu's late challenge caught a kartal KANATLILAR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nazil Başeskioğlu helped the player get up and apologised. Nazil Başeskioğlu hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Azim Erginalp took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ahmet Gökalp Sertel. Atabey's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cafer Akyüz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Kürşat Çelik in the 17th minute of play. In the 19th match minute, kartal KANATLILAR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tansu Salar to maneuver through the defense. Zülfikar Sadreddin charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zülfikar Sadreddin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in kartal KANATLILAR fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 20th minute. Penalty! kartal KANATLILAR's Cafer Akyüz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Boran Akçakıl in the 31st minute of play. If Ali Kürşat Çelik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute, Ahmet Boran Akçakıl ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cafer Akyüz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 45 played minutes, Atabey's Talat Yurtsever shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cafer Akyüz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atabey reached it. After the first half Atabey were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ahmet Boran Akçakıl made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, kartal KANATLILAR's Yaser Erandaç nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmet Gökalp Sertel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After having played for 57 minutes, Yaser Erandaç managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. kartal KANATLILAR's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yaser Erandaç was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. kartal KANATLILAR's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Ahmet Boran Akçakıl scored to the left of an out of position Cafer Akyüz, making the score, 1-3. Ali Kürşat Çelik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Cafer Akyüz made a huge save. In the 68th minute Ahmet Boran Akçakıl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cafer Akyüz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 68 minutes, Ediz Güleç mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the kartal KANATLILAR and the Atabey players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 68 played minutes kartal KANATLILAR got a freekick which was hit by Ediz Güleç. Cafer Akyüz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Boran Akçakıl in the 70th minute of play. With a little luck, kartal KANATLILAR's Cafer Akyüz got control of the ball when Nazil Başeskioğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Atabey's Ahmet Boran Akçakıl dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. Ahmet Boran Akçakıl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Cafer Akyüz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Ali Kürşat Çelik made a precise shot to the right of Cafer Akyüz. kartal KANATLILAR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. Nazil Başeskioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cafer Akyüz having to interfere. Cafer Akyüz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Danış Karaca, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 87 minutes into the match, kartal KANATLILAR's goalkeeper Cafer Akyüz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Boran Akçakıl. In the 88th minute, Atabey's Nazil Başeskioğlu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-6. In the 92nd minute, Ahmet Danış Karaca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cafer Akyüz. The goal made the score 1-7. After 96 minutes of play, Atabey's Ahmet Boran Akçakıl made it 1-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cafer Akyüz was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over Atabey could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than kartal KANATLILAR throughout the match.
