Poyraz Işınay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kılıç Keramettin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Poyraz Işınay in the 17th minute of the match. Orhan Seyfi Sabuncu kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Silifke getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Hakan Böke hit a great ball. If Tayyar Gazir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Poyraz Işınay in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kılıç Keramettin saved Galatasaray from getting behind. Ahmet Ceyhan Korkutalp kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Bican Enfal lost his temper 35 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Poyraz Işınay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Kılıç Keramettin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Silifke's Poyraz Işınay in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Galatasaray's goalie prevented a goal. Hamdullah Tapgaç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umur Ulgu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 74 minutes, Poyraz Işınay made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Galatasaray's Kılıç Keramettin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Poyraz Işınay in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kılıç Keramettin saved Galatasaray from getting behind. Hamdullah Tapgaç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umur Ulgu in the 89th minute of play. When Silifke's Poyraz Işınay in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Galatasaray's goalie prevented a goal. The Galatasaray supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Silifke's performance. The match ended with a win for Silifke.
