With a little luck, Malazgirt SK's Emin Sonalp got control of the ball when Behlül Sungur tried to sneak it across the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mehmet Osman Şendoğan to make the kick off. Selim Yanar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 59thth minute tested the skills of Mehmet Oğuz Serkut when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Artaç Acunman during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
