Mustafa Namık Ahi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yenal Çiltay, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Erenköy SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hüsrev Aydınalp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. After a defensive mix-up in Erenköy SK's zone, Yenal Çiltay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mustafa Namık Ahi came out of the goal and Yenal Çiltay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80th minute, Mustafa Numan Süvari got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hami Sadan struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Ahmet Haşim Ulum didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Erenköy SK. In the 85th minute, Ahmet Çağrı Orkan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 89 minutes of play, Bahçelievler's Hüsrev Aydınalp made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mustafa Namık Ahi was left in no man's land by his defense there!
