Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Giray Ongay kicked off to start the match. Çağrı Yürükoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Şener İdris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Çağrı Yürükoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's supporters rose to their feet, but Çağrı Yürükoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Şener İdris breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's Nurkan Haylaz got control of the ball when Hasan Can Oncubay tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hasan Can Oncubay got free with Nurkan Haylaz in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Giray Ongay got in the 20th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Şener İdris handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Nurkan Haylaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birant Dengizer in the 22nd minute of the match. Hasan Can Oncubay was extremely unlucky when he, in the 27th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The supporters of Balya FK booed when Ankara Gençlik ve Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afşin Ongen didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Hasan Can Oncubay notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's Nurkan Haylaz. Nurkan Haylaz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aykutalp Uzlet's late challenge caught a Balya FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aykutalp Uzlet helped the player get up and apologised. When Birant Dengizer came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Balya FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Birant Dengizer couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Birant Dengizer in the 43rd minute of play forced Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's goalkeeper Nurkan Haylaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Balya FK booed when Ankara Gençlik ve Spor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afşin Ongen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th minute Birant Dengizer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nurkan Haylaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Birant Dengizer was the one to do the kick off. Nurkan Haylaz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasan Can Oncubay in the 53rd minute of play. In the 56th minute Birant Dengizer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nurkan Haylaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's Nurkan Haylaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasan Can Oncubay in the 58th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Ferid Cengel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Şener İdris. Ferid Cengel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Afşin Ongen kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Balya FK's Şener İdris proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Balya FK from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes into the match, Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Müfit Şahbaz came free, but Nurkan Haylaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 minutes of play, Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's Çağrı Yürükoğlu made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Şener İdris was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Müfit Şahbaz during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ankara Gençlik ve Spor booed when Balya FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Müfit Şahbaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Ankara Gençlik ve Spor's Afşin Ongen got a free kick in the 87th minute. Balya FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 90th minute, when Ferid Cengel scored to the left of an out of position Şener İdris, making the score, 1-4. When the final whistle sounded Ankara Gençlik ve Spor left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Balya FK.
