The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eser Akdoğan was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Türker Ulukan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Türker Ulukan really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceyhan Tanver in the 9th minute of play forced Aksarayspor's goalkeeper Oktay Hatemoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Feyyaz Kulan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22ndth minute of the game Ceyhan Tanver who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aksarayspor's Oktay Hatemoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oktay Hatemoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Batu Ronaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. But to his dismay, Ali Numan Canbolat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0.

In the 52nd minute Türker Ulukan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eser Akdoğan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eser Akdoğan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Numan Canbolat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice moves Ceyhan Tanver could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which Oktay Hatemoğlu however easily saved by the left post. 60 minutes into the match, VAN-SK's Batu Ronaldo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oktay Hatemoğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With his leg Oktay Hatemoğlu managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when VAN-SK's Ceyhan Tanver fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 62 minutes into the game, Berker Rıza Boyraz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aksarayspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VAN-SK the free kick. Berker Rıza Boyraz kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After having played for 64 minutes, Batu Ronaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VAN-SK's Eser Akdoğan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Türker Ulukan in the 71st minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Aksarayspor's goal looked a bit too open when Batu Ronaldo came free, but Oktay Hatemoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Aksarayspor's Oktay Hatemoğlu got control of the ball when Ceyhan Tanver tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eser Akdoğan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Türker Ulukan, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Oktay Hatemoğlu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Johannes Wallin. Aksarayspor's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
