Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The crowd rose to their feet as Mesut Lokman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gencay Yamaç. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. When Ahmet Necdet Erçin came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Yayladere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Necdet Erçin couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Mehmet Fatih Pirane's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Selahaddin Yumlu was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. Selahaddin Yumlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Necdet Erçin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ahmet Necdet Erçin came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Yayladere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Necdet Erçin couldn't finish the play. Selahaddin Yumlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Fatih Pirane in the 19th minute of play. Gencay Yamaç took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulaziz Uruk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gencay Yamaç made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Yıldıray Kayaalp sent off a good shot on target. 28 minutes into the game, one of Yayladere:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Serik's goalkeeper Selahaddin Yumlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 38th minute, one of Yayladere:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yayladere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Ahmet Necdet Erçin made the kick off in the second half. Yıldıray Kayaalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Gencay Yamaç tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gencay Yamaç showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulaziz Uruk in the 60th minute of the match. Yıldıray Kayaalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 69 minutes, Ahmet Necdet Erçin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yayladere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Necdet Erçin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Songurhan Yordam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Serik's supporters rose to their feet, but Songurhan Yordam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gencay Yamaç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ahmet Necdet Erçin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Selahaddin Yumlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Yıldıray Kayaalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Abdulaziz Uruk came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Serik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdulaziz Uruk couldn't finish the play. After having played for 84 minutes, Abdulaziz Uruk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Serik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdulaziz Uruk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yıldıray Kayaalp in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gencay Yamaç saved Yayladere from getting behind. Yıldıray Kayaalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gencay Yamaç having to interfere. Yayladere's Gencay Yamaç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdulaziz Uruk in the 89th minute of play. Yayladere's Abuzer Sungun suffered a sore thigh after 93 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 93 minutes, Vahit Pozan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Serik and the Yayladere players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 94 played minutes Serik got a freekick which was hit by Vahit Pozan. When the referee ended the match the Serik players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
