The excratarius fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ceyhun Azimli should have stopped the shot. Göksun Şeref struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Ceyhun Azimli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Izmirspor. In the 41st minute, Göksun Şeref ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ceyhun Azimli was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Göksun Şeref recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Çağrı Köken made a kick off. Peker Hürsoy charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Peker Hürsoy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, excratarius's Peker Hürsoy got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Ceyhun Azimli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göksun Şeref, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. excratarius's Ceyhun Azimli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nazmi Yerel in the 58th minute of play. If Şaban Şıran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Izmirspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Göksun Şeref was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceyhun Azimli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Izmirspor's Doğa Rusuhi got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Baskın Demirtaş kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, Izmirspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doğa Rusuhi to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rdth minute of the game Doğa Rusuhi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but excratarius's Ceyhun Azimli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mustafa Barış Oba kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Baybars Akadlı, 85 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Şaban Şıran in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Abdulhamit Nazmi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Şaban Şıran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baybars Akadlı took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Abdulhamit Nazmi. Izmirspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Izmirspor were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
