Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lemi Muhteşem got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Saricakaya's Derya Hanefi got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şevket Gayret, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. The supporters of Özgüzeldere booed when Saricakaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Azim Arıhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cesur Akşin took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk. Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Mete Yaslı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lemi Muhteşem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Osman Ali Böke clashed with another player. He fell to the ground and was in great pain. It was obvious that he couldn't finish the game. Derya Hanefi kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Behzat Kirmanşah kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Özgüzeldere's zone, Azim Arıhan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mete Yaslı came out of the goal and Azim Arıhan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mutlu Albay took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mete Yaslı. Mete Yaslı dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A hard shot 33 in the game by Lemi Muhteşem from a close distance when the talented Mete Yaslı managed to make a qualified save. Özgüzeldere's players were relieved. Azim Arıhan might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mete Yaslı. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Azim Arıhan ran back to his position shaking his head. When Şevket Gayret came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Özgüzeldere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şevket Gayret couldn't finish the play. Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesur Akşin in the 45th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After having played for 55 minutes, Azim Arıhan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saricakaya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Azim Arıhan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th match minute, Özgüzeldere was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şevket Gayret to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 58 in the game by Cesur Akşin from a close distance when the talented Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk managed to make a qualified save. Saricakaya's players were relieved. Behzat Kirmanşah was shown his second yellow card after 58 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 59 played minutes Saricakaya got a freekick which was hit by Behzat Kirmanşah. Cesur Akşin scored 1-2 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Şevket Gayret blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Cesur Akşin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Cesur Akşin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nusrettin Yıldırımtürk firmly grabbed it by the left post. Özgüzeldere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cesur Akşin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Özgüzeldere supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Özgüzeldere would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
