The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Black Ravens's goal looked a bit too open when Bedir Kıralp came free, but Ceyhun Süngü reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Merih Cansefa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abbas Kılıçaslan having to interfere. If Burç Yula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 15 minutes into the match, Burç Yula had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ceyhun Süngü. Black Ravens's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Burç Yula was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Bedir Kıralp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 23 minutes, Burç Yula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Refref FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Burç Yula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Burç Yula in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ceyhun Süngü saved Black Ravens from getting behind. Ceyhun Süngü made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burç Yula in the 26th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yücel Cömert during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Yücel Cömert kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Ceyhun Süngü took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bedir Kıralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute İskender Baki Erginay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceyhun Süngü saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Refref FC's Bedir Kıralp sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ceyhun Süngü narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Yüce Özerdal could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Abbas Kılıçaslan however easily saved by the left post. Burç Yula's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ceyhun Süngü read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The Black Ravens players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Refref FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Merih Cansefa made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Black Ravens booed when Refref FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. kaya Cilasun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abbas Kılıçaslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yüce Özerdal in the 57th minute of play. Merih Cansefa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Yüce Özerdal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abbas Kılıçaslan having to interfere. Yüce Özerdal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Abbas Kılıçaslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd match minute, Refref FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Okanalp Yenbu to maneuver through the defense. In the 74th minute of the match Güneş Giryar shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abbas Kılıçaslan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 78th match minute, Refref FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Korkutalp Erginsoy to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Refref FC's zone, Yüce Özerdal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abbas Kılıçaslan came out of the goal and Yüce Özerdal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ceyhun Süngü made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burç Yula in the 84th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Burç Yula managed to get in a good position for a shot. Refref FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Burç Yula was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceyhun Süngü breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ceyhun Süngü didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bedir Kıralp went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. If Bedir Kıralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 93 minutes, Burç Yula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Refref FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Burç Yula was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Bedir Kıralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute Burç Yula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceyhun Süngü saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Refref FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Black Ravens throughout the match.
