The crowd rose to their feet as BORDO MAVİ FIRTINA's Günay Demirtaş slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mustafa Birol Timurcan. That made the score 2-0 after 25 minutes of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 33 minutes into the game, when Sefa Baykır put in a rough tackle. 38 minutes into the match, FC Kandıra's goal looked a bit too open when Cankut Arslan came free, but Mustafa Birol Timurcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Günay Demirtaş in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mustafa Birol Timurcan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 43 minutes into the game, Batı Ensar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mustafa Birol Timurcan. Batı Ensar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Oton Abella hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Günay Demirtaş made a kick off. Hüsnü Özhan kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 54 minutes, Günay Demirtaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BORDO MAVİ FIRTINA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Günay Demirtaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Günay Demirtaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Mustafa Birol Timurcan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of FC Kandıra booed when BORDO MAVİ FIRTINA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oton Abella didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Barlas Kamuran during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The FC Kandıra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mustafa Birol Timurcan should have stopped the shot. Cankut Arslan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Günay Demirtaş fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mustafa Birol Timurcan having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Günay Demirtaş in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mustafa Birol Timurcan saved FC Kandıra from getting behind. BORDO MAVİ FIRTINA's Hüsnü Özhan got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. BORDO MAVİ FIRTINA's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
