They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arif Vasif made a kick off. After 50 played minutes McLarens got a freekick which was hit by Abdullah Seçkin. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Cevher Arslangiray managed to get in a good position for a shot. McLarens's supporters rose to their feet, but Cevher Arslangiray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Akşemseddin Okutan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Arif Vasif had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arif Vasif fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kudret Kumukbay having to interfere. Yiğit Kemalettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. McLarens were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Balatspor for a fine match.
