Aktan Ersalmış fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oğuzalp İnan having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Erkan Kutalp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oğuzalp İnan was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İlhan Maksut during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. İlhan Maksut hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. A collision led to Köycegiz getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ferdi Mecnun hit a great ball. Oğuzalp İnan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aktan Ersalmış in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute Erkan Kutalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oğuzalp İnan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Balamir Durna hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 45th match minute, Köycegiz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aygün Selman to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Aygün Selman made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Balamir Durna got free with Oğuzalp İnan in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Köycegiz's Oğuzalp İnan got control of the ball when Aktan Ersalmış tried to sneak it across the goal line. Balamir Durna could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Oğuzalp İnan made a huge save. Erkan Kutalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in TurkishSigmas FK's zone, Rahim Nasrullah stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kadir Uluğ came out of the goal and Rahim Nasrullah tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Erkan Kutalp's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oğuzalp İnan was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Ferdi Mecnun charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferdi Mecnun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st minute, Ferdi Mecnun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Erkan Kutalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. Erkan Kutalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Aktan Ersalmış left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TurkishSigmas FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Aygün Selman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kadir Uluğ having to make a save. When the match was over TurkishSigmas FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Köycegiz throughout the match.
