Cemal Metin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of HAYRETJK booed when Ego SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yenal Tanay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Vedat Bender hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the game, Ego SK's Doğaner Tecelli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vural Hatmi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Vedat Bender was the one to do the kick off. Gökberk Ergüner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Doğaner Tecelli came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Ego SK fans jumped to their feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Vedat Bender in the 82nd minute of play forced Ego SK's goalkeeper Nuratay Uçhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 played minutes Ego SK got a freekick which was hit by Şaban Taybars. Şaban Taybars received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Vural Hatmi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that HAYRETJK were the better team. HAYRETJK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
