Ahmet Erdem Dengiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Veysel Mutlugün, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Şeref Özbek in the 10th minute of play forced GaGu sPoR's goalkeeper Bumin Hünkar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Erdem Dengiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vefa Bayer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mirza Ergunalp charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mirza Ergunalp the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 28 minutes into the match, Uşak Gençlerbirliği's goal looked a bit too open when Veysel Mutlugün came free, but Ahmet Erdem Dengiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Veysel Mutlugün in the 35th minute of play forced Uşak Gençlerbirliği's goalkeeper Ahmet Erdem Dengiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mirza Ergunalp got his second yellow card in the match during the 36th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Şeref Özbek to make the kick off. Veysel Mutlugün could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Ahmet Erdem Dengiz made a huge save. After 53 played minutes Uşak Gençlerbirliği got a freekick which was hit by Baskın Dirican. After 54 played minutes, GaGu sPoR's Abdurrahman Akbal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ahmet Erdem Dengiz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GaGu sPoR reached it. In the 55th match minute, GaGu sPoR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Balamir Sökmensu to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Erdem Dengiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Savaşer Sarih in the 58th minute of play. Ahmet Erdem Dengiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vefa Bayer in the 60th minute of play. Ahmet Erdem Dengiz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 63rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Erbatur Sarp. The referee ignored Uşak Gençlerbirliği's protests and gave Baturay İribaş a yellow card for diving instead. Baturay İribaş hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Ahmet Erdem Dengiz made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Balamir Sökmensu sent off a good shot on target. Vefa Bayer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Veysel Mutlugün who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Ahmet Erdem Dengiz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Veysel Mutlugün managed to get in a good position for a shot. GaGu sPoR's supporters rose to their feet, but Veysel Mutlugün was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Erdem Dengiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Balamir Sökmensu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Ahmet Erdem Dengiz came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by GaGu sPoR's Balamir Sökmensu. But to his dismay, Balamir Sökmensu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A collision led to GaGu sPoR getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Balamir Sökmensu hit a great ball. Savaşer Sarih charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Savaşer Sarih the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
