Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Şevket Kavi hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Çaltılı SK's goal looked a bit too open when Mümtazer Akartürk came free, but Ali Baran Benlioğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bektaş İskenderoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hasan Tahsin Uçbeyi having to interfere. After 33 played minutes DevGenç got a freekick which was hit by Haşmet Kaymaz. When Stig Fernström came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Çaltılı SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig Fernström couldn't finish the play. Akın Savtekin struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Hasan Tahsin Uçbeyi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Çaltılı SK. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Stig Fernström made the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute Karahan Kayan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ali Baran Benlioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Alvise Marra took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Hasan Tahsin Uçbeyi to make any attempt to save it. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şevket Kavi couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tibet Salahaddin during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Çaltılı SK booed when DevGenç was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibet Salahaddin didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Karahan Kayan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
