After a rather tough play, Sucukspor's Muharrem Ayhan got a free kick in the 4th minute. Mehmet Ali Ayçetin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Emir Cebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehmet Ali Ayçetin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Emir Cebe in the 10th minute of the match. A collision led to Sucukspor getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Lütfü Keskinel hit a great ball. In the 18th minute Ali Emir Cebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Ali Ayçetin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bekir Özselen during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bekir Özselen kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. After 33 minutes, Muharrem Ayhan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sucukspor and the Dörtyolagizi JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Dörtyolagizi JK booed when Sucukspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Muharrem Ayhan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dörtyolagizi JK's Ali Emir Cebe got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute of the match Arif Niğdeli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mehmet Ali Ayçetin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 47th minute Hüsnü Aktar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Ali Ayçetin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Baran Biçimli was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match, İshak As tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mehmet Ali Ayçetin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mehmet Ali Ayçetin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yalçın Bedük in the 57th minute. But to his dismay, Yalçın Bedük quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Yalçın Bedük received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mehmet Ali Ayçetin came out and tried to block the shot, but Yalçın Bedük slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 66th minute. Mehmet Ali Ayçetin made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Ali Emir Cebe sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute, Dörtyolagizi JK's İshak As dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Emir Cebe got free with Mehmet Ali Ayçetin in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mehmet Ali Ayçetin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İshak As in the 84th minute of play. Ali Baran Biçimli kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Mehmet Ali Ayçetin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İshak As in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, İshak As fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Sucukspor's Mehmet Ali Ayçetin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Sucukspor from getting a goal against them.
