Can Kudret was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 11 minutes, Ali Emir Hatim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ßeşiktaş's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Emir Hatim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Altan Suha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Levent Kale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, ßeşiktaş's Ali Emir Hatim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Levent Kale narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, FC Quenta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arcan Hükümran to maneuver through the defense. Ali Kaan Türkeş was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Peker Kamber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Can Kudret made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enginsu Türek in the 46th minute of play. Levent Kale didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 47th minute, which inside left pole to 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Peker Kamber made the kick off in the second half. Altan Suha kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, ßeşiktaş's Peker Kamber got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 61st minute, FC Quenta's Arif Tugay Mirza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Can Kudret. Can Kudret yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. A collision led to ßeşiktaş getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ali Nabi İnanç hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Enginsu Türek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Quenta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. The supporters of ßeşiktaş booed when FC Quenta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilla Tarkan Koralp didn't get a good kick on the ball. 73 minutes into the match, ßeşiktaş's goal looked a bit too open when Enginsu Türek came free, but Can Kudret reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Ali Emir Hatim was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ßeşiktaş's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Quenta the free kick. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Quenta walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
