Konyaspor's Refik Halit Ozan suffered a sore thigh after 34 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Konyaspor's Kuddusî Egeli was substituted for Refik Halit Ozan. Anıl İlsak took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Can Kudret. Can Kudret dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. A collision led to ßeşiktaş getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Ali Nabi İnanç hit a great ball. Can Kudret showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anıl İlsak in the 90th minute of the match. Temel Toraman made in the 92nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ßeşiktaş's Altan Suha. Konyaspor's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
