Dráuzio Proença fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tolga Namdar having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, SoLoTüRK's goal looked a bit too open when Sarabjit Saffores came free, but Tolga Namdar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of SoLoTüRK booed when FIRTINA TOKAT SPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nazil Şölen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dráuzio Proença took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tolga Namdar. Tolga Namdar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Menderes Gökkır hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Fahri Yalavaç was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute, Fahri Yalavaç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FIRTINA TOKAT SPOR's Elliot McCloud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Necaettin Yadigar in the 67th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sarabjit Saffores kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tolga Namdar. That made the score 2-2 in the 77 minute of play. In the 84th match minute, FIRTINA TOKAT SPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basri Baydan to maneuver through the defense. Elliot McCloud made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haluk İltekin in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute, İlker Özçelik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Elliot McCloud was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. When Yavuz Durali fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FIRTINA TOKAT SPOR's protests and gave Yavuz Durali a yellow card for diving instead. Romeo Cercelescu charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeo Cercelescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th minute, Romeo Cercelescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. SoLoTüRK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
