Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eren Özkar started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murat Selim Recep in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Boran Taçkın prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sabit Şatıroğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eren Özkar in the 18th minute of the match. Faruk Sezai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Sabit Şatıroğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Haldun Tuyuğ recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ahmet Boran Taçkın. Haldun Tuyuğ showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Murat Selim Recep fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Boran Taçkın having to interfere. Haldun Tuyuğ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ahmet Boran Taçkın tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 34th minute Murat Selim Recep shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Boran Taçkın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuralp Teksen charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuralp Teksen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, KNT's Nuralp Teksen got a free kick in the 39th minute. Haldun Tuyuğ blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmet Boran Taçkın having to make a save. In the 47th match minute, KNT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuralp Teksen to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot by Nafiz Baliç from long distance, 48 minutes into the match, got Ahmet Boran Taçkın's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Murat Selim Recep made a kick off. Ahmet Boran Taçkın didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Murat Selim Recep went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Ahmet Boran Taçkın showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haldun Tuyuğ, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Ahmet Boran Taçkın showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murat Selim Recep in the 60th minute of the match. Devlet Afşaroğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Boran Taçkın made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murat Selim Recep in the 69th minute of play. In the 79th minute Murat Selim Recep shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Boran Taçkın saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute Gençlikgücü were awarded a corner. Nafiz Baliç went to the cornerflag to take it. If Murat Selim Recep had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Devlet Afşaroğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Murat Selim Recep managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gençlikgücü's supporters rose to their feet, but Murat Selim Recep was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Boran Taçkın breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, KNT's Boğaç Necid got a free kick in the 91st minute. Nafiz Baliç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. KNT's Ahmet Boran Taçkın played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murat Selim Recep in the 95th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Gençlikgücü had played much better football throughout.
