Ahmet Ömür Erginalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atıf Yetkin in the 12th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Agah Sarpkan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Zonguldakspor's Ahmet Ömür Erginalp. Ahmet Ömür Erginalp was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 42 minutes of play, KartallarYüksekucar's Anıl Cerit made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Ömür Erginalp was left in no man's land by his defense there! Agah Sarpkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agah Sarpkan to make the kick off.
