After 16 minutes, Hulki Şirzat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Al-Em Teknik and the Aras17 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Aras17 booed when Al-Em Teknik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hulki Şirzat didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hulki Şirzat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gervasio Garikoitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nuralp Timuroz in the 35th minute. Arın Ferhat Rasi hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Ali Vedat Korucu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustafa Emrah Ünsaç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 43 minutes into the match, Nuralp Timuroz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gervasio Garikoitz, 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Gervasio Garikoitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ali Vedat Korucu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Erberk Mengü showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 88 minute of play.
