In the 5th minute, Burkhard Kahlert reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aykan Ersezer. The goal made the score 1-0. After 9 minutes of play, GALATASARAY1905's Burkhard Kahlert made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aykan Ersezer was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the match, KOCAELİSPOR's goalkeeper Aykan Ersezer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ömer Rıza Usta. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yakup Kadri Kani in the 16th minute of play forced GALATASARAY1905's goalkeeper 卓宇夕 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aykan Ersezer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burkhard Kahlert in the 17th minute of the match. Aykan Ersezer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burkhard Kahlert, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After a rather tough play, KOCAELİSPOR's Cumali Barkan got a free kick in the 45th minute. After 46 played minutes, GALATASARAY1905's Çağdaş Oğuzhan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aykan Ersezer came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in GALATASARAY1905 reached it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yakup Kadri Kani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gafur Ülküsel scored 4-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aykan Ersezer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 58 minutes into the game, GALATASARAY1905's Gafur Ülküsel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. GALATASARAY1905 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
