Kepez's Demircan Bozdoğan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tevfik Hünkar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kılıç Uğurhan during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kılıç Uğurhan kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Ahmet Ozan Arslan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tevfik Hünkar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Günay Akad sped through Kepez's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ercüment Bender. İskender Baki Arslanşah could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Tevfik Hünkar made a huge save. Şahin Akçınar charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şahin Akçınar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Lion FC's Şahin Akçınar got a free kick in the 78th minute.
