In the 2nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bucaspor FK's goalkeeper Yaşar Erşahan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Okan Polatkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonzalo Higuaín kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Nadir Tuğlu hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Bucaspor FK's goalkeeper Yaşar Erşahan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manoel Fraile. In the 30th match minute, FC KARDEŞ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manoel Fraile to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, FC KARDEŞ's Nihat Kahveci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yaşar Erşahan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 35 minutes Bucaspor FK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Nadir Tuğlu who took care of the corner kick. Manoel Fraile hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 38th minute, Okan Polatkan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Okan Polatkan in the 39th minute of play forced FC KARDEŞ's goalkeeper Necmi Yaves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Okan Polatkan struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Necmi Yaves didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bucaspor FK. The audience thought a goal was coming when Manoel Fraile got free with Yaşar Erşahan in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yaşar Erşahan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Berkant Tezkan in the 43rd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Berkant Tezkan made a kick off. Manoel Fraile took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yaşar Erşahan. Yaşar Erşahan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Okan Polatkan in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Necmi Yaves saved FC KARDEŞ from getting behind. Bucaspor FK's Yaşar Erşahan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nihat Kahveci in the 72nd minute of play. With a little luck, FC KARDEŞ's Necmi Yaves got control of the ball when Gonzalo Higuaín tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute, Asım Arif Yalazay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yaşar Erşahan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nihat Kahveci in the 78th minute of the match. Turgut Çınar kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Ali Berkant Tezkan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC KARDEŞ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Gonzalo Higuaín charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gonzalo Higuaín the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. FC KARDEŞ's Bircan Yalazalp was substituted for Enis Behiç Kongar. The supporters of FC KARDEŞ booed when Bucaspor FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Higuaín didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Bucaspor FK getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Asım Arif Yalazay hit a great ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC KARDEŞ fully deserved thier win.
