Emre Balaban hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute of the match Rizegücü got a corner. NİĞDE FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mahsun Pozan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Mahsun Pozan made a great header on Rizegücü's corner, it was just that NİĞDE FK's Ubaldo Abalos managed to reach the ball for a save. Gani Ünsaçs short, quick shot in the 11thth minute got Ubaldo Abalos to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Rizegücü's Gani Ünsaç was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 11th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Şerif Öksüz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Serhat Pektaşi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ubaldo Abalos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gani Ünsaç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, NİĞDE FK's Şerif Öksüz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serhat Pektaşi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. NİĞDE FK's Ubaldo Abalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gani Ünsaç in the 25th minute of play. With his leg Ubaldo Abalos managed to avoid a goal in the 26thth minute, when Rizegücü's Nathan Murray fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 36 minutes, Gavino Arixo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Rizegücü's Serhat Pektaşi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 40th match minute, NİĞDE FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Behzat Ziya to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Rizegücü booed when NİĞDE FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Arif Çetintürk didn't get a good kick on the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emre Balaban made a kick off. Serhat Pektaşi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jean Oliva in the 51st minute. Serhat Pektaşi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emre Balaban's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. In the 53rd minute, Mahsun Pozan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ubaldo Abalos was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When Rizegücü's Nathan Murray in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye NİĞDE FK's goalie prevented a goal. Halil Can Umay charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Halil Can Umay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. With a little luck, Rizegücü's Serhat Pektaşi got control of the ball when Jean Oliva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ubaldo Abalos came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Rizegücü's Mahsun Pozan. But to his dismay, Mahsun Pozan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Acar Durdu kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nathan Murray in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubaldo Abalos saved NİĞDE FK from getting behind. Şerif Öksüz hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Emre Balaban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to NİĞDE FK getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Emre Balaban hit a great ball. Rizegücü were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of NİĞDE FK for a fine match.
