In the 30th minute, Fahri Balaban made a precise shot to the right of Serhat Pektaşi. Rizegücü's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a little luck, 19 Mayıs Belediyespor's Thoyib Alatas got control of the ball when Nathan Murray tried to sneak it across the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 57 minutes of play, 19 Mayıs Belediyespor's Ricardo Bochini made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serhat Pektaşi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 19 Mayıs Belediyespor played a much better game than Rizegücü and deserved their victory. The Rizegücü players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
