In the 11th minute, Şanver Kortan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kaptan Sufi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 14th minute, Andaç Özilhan made a precise shot to the right of Kaptan Sufi. sivas divriği's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Şanver Kortan in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kaptan Sufi saved sivas divriği from getting behind. 19 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when TÜRKYURDU's Árpád Szigethy fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. sivas divriği's Kaptan Sufi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save sivas divriği from getting a goal against them. Andaç Özilhan kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute. Though ot was a great shot sivas divriği's keeper Kaptan Sufi was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After having played for 23 minutes, Şanver Kortan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TÜRKYURDU's supporters crossed their fingers, but Şanver Kortan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Árpád Szigethy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kaptan Sufi came out and tried to block the shot, but Árpád Szigethy slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 25th minute. Kaptan Sufi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erberk Acarbay, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Şanver Kortan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 30th minute. TÜRKYURDU's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 31st match minute, sivas divriği was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nedim Acar to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Kaptan Sufi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naci Visali in the 95th minute of play forced TÜRKYURDU's goalkeeper Atilla Kağan Onuk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. TÜRKYURDU's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
