Enrique Calvet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Hüseyin Can Birsel kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Bektaş Ali Tacim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Okan Topdemir in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the Kepsut SK defense, Başaran Sebil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Enrique Calvet. Başaran Sebil scored 0-10 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enrique Calvet, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-10 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Okan Topdemir was the one to do the kick off. In the 93rd minute, SAZAKSK's Fikret Dilan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Enrique Calvet. Enrique Calvet yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-16. SAZAKSK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
