In the 4th minute, one of Çatak:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Çatak. The referee gave GENC KARTAL a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Münir Adışanlı, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Çatak's Osman Özberk. 0-1. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind GENC KARTAL's goalkeeper Özalp Cansefa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. GENC KARTAL's Özalp Cansefa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doğuhan İskenderoğlu in the 13th minute of play. Ercan Cansoy struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Osman Özberk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GENC KARTAL. After a defensive mix-up in Çatak's zone, Kemalettin Üner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osman Özberk came out of the goal and Kemalettin Üner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafettin Türe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aktan Hayırlı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Özalp Cansefa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doğuhan İskenderoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doğuhan İskenderoğlu in the 27th minute of play forced GENC KARTAL's goalkeeper Özalp Cansefa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Aktan Hayırlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, GENC KARTAL's goal looked a bit too open when Aktan Hayırlı came free, but Özalp Cansefa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Doğuhan İskenderoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Çatak's zone, Aybar Onursoy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Osman Özberk came out of the goal and Aybar Onursoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Aktan Hayırlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kemalettin Üner took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Osman Özberk. Osman Özberk dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Özalp Cansefa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doğuhan İskenderoğlu's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doğuhan İskenderoğlu in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Özalp Cansefa saved GENC KARTAL from getting behind. In the 69th match minute, GENC KARTAL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aybar Onursoy to maneuver through the defense. When Çatak's Aktan Hayırlı in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GENC KARTAL's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched GENC KARTAL eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
