In the 16th minute, Ünal Bayram hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ünal Bayram had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Burç Tuncel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ünal Bayram, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. If Ünal Bayram had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 22 minutes into the match, ST Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ünal Bayram came free, but Burç Tuncel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ünal Bayram's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Burç Tuncel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. If Eusebio Romo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, ST Lions FC's Hüseyin Turan Usun got a free kick in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, ST Lions FC's Hakan Derim got a free kick in the 46th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Durmuş Öner to strike the kick off in the second half. Eusebio Romo kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. ST Lions FC's attentive Özdemir Kutlualp managed to snatch the ball when Mehmet Demirtuğ made a throw-in in the 60th minute of the game. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind ST Lions FC's goalkeeper Burç Tuncel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mümtazer Ulgu charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mümtazer Ulgu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to ST Lions FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Mümtazer Ulgu hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Hakan Derim in the 76th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Real Dünya's Leo Dixon. With a little luck, Real Dünya's Cankut Müşfik got control of the ball when Durmuş Öner tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ünal Bayram recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Real Dünya's Göktuğ Arslan quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hakan Derim, made in the 85th minute of the game. When Eusebio Romo came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Real Dünya fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Romo couldn't finish the play. After 93 played minutes ST Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Hakan Derim. After having played for 94 minutes, Ünal Bayram managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Dünya's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ünal Bayram was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Real Dünya fully deserved thier win.
