In the 28th minute of the match ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ got a corner. Gümüşhane FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Duran Vefakar ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ali Demirci took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Özkan Ortunc. Özkan Ortunc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Devlet Paksoy put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Özkan Ortunc. After some careless play in the Gümüşhane FK defense, Ali Demirci kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Özkan Ortunc. The Gümüşhane FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Özkan Ortunc should have stopped the shot.

If Ali Demirci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Özkan Ortunc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Devlet Paksoy went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-11 was the resulting score. Özkan Ortunc made an important save on a dangerous shot by Devlet Paksoy in the 87th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's Ahmet Danış Yıldız slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Özkan Ortunc. That made the score 0-14 after 88 minutes of play. 91 minutes into the match, Ahmet Danış Yıldız notched a goal, 0-15, to the right of Gümüşhane FK's Özkan Ortunc. Özkan Ortunc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mert Zekai's late challenge caught a ᗩᔕᒪᗩᑎғᴋ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
