Vicente Flores succeeded in the game's 2nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Vicente Flores sent off a good shot on target. GÖZTEPE SK were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Enez's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ersin Oğuzhan took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ersin Oğuzhan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 11 minutes into the match, Vicente Flores had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir. Enez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente Flores was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Flores in the 15th minute. Henryk Ernest sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Vicente Flores kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir. That made the score 3-0 in the 19 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as GÖZTEPE SK's Orbay Samin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir. That made the score 4-0 after 24 minutes of play. Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Flores in the 28th minute of the match. Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orbay Samin, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The GÖZTEPE SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. 62 minutes into the match, Enez's goal looked a bit too open when Sufi Tavil came free, but Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Flores struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GÖZTEPE SK. Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir came out of the goal and Vicente Flores tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Orbay Samin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Vicente Flores made a precise shot to the right of Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir. Enez's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. Enez's Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Flores in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Yusuf Saltukalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Orbay Samin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Hamdi İğdemir was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 92nd minute, Sufi Tavil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GÖZTEPE SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. GÖZTEPE SK's Orbay Samin got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the GÖZTEPE SK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
