Spectators: 7727 (Terracing: 5796, Seating: 1777, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Behçet Sayrak kicked off to start the match. After having played for 3 minutes, Atilla Kağan Reşit managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balıkesirspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Atilla Kağan Reşit was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilla Kağan Reşit in the 4th minute of play forced Gümüşhane FK's goalkeeper Özkan Ortunc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gökhan Sehhar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Behçet Sayrak in the 5th minute of the match. In the 8th minute, Balıkesirspor's Yılmaz Veli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Özkan Ortunc. Özkan Ortunc yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Yılmaz Veli sped through Gümüşhane FK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Özkan Ortunc. If Yılmaz Veli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With his leg Özkan Ortunc managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Balıkesirspor's Yılmaz Veli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After having played for 24 minutes, Yılmaz Veli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balıkesirspor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yılmaz Veli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Atilla Kağan Reşit took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Özkan Ortunc to make any attempt to save it. In the 30th minute, Balıkesirspor's Yılmaz Veli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Özkan Ortunc. Özkan Ortunc yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. Balıkesirspor were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Gümüşhane FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Veysel Şahistan took the corner. The corner led Balıkesirspor's Yılmaz Veli to a score. 7-0 in the 36th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Balıkesirspor's Yılmaz Veli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Özkan Ortunc. That made the score 8-0 after 39 minutes of play. 41 minutes into the match, Yılmaz Veli dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Özkan Ortunc, 9-0. When Hüsnü Canpolat fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gümüşhane FK's protests and gave Hüsnü Canpolat a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Balıkesirspor booed when Gümüşhane FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hüsnü Canpolat didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yılmaz Veli made a kick off. Vânderson Pitta took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Özkan Ortunc. Özkan Ortunc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. The Balıkesirspor fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Balıkesirspor's Yılmaz Veli looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Behçet Sayrak in the 60th minute of play forced Balıkesirspor's goalkeeper Gökhan Sehhar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Yılmaz Veli came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Balıkesirspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yılmaz Veli couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute Behçet Sayrak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gökhan Sehhar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Atilla Kağan Reşit in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Özkan Ortunc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yılmaz Veli in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Özkan Ortunc saved Gümüşhane FK from getting behind. Özkan Ortunc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilla Kağan Reşit in the 80th minute of the match. After 82nd play minutes Yılmaz Veli shot 13-0, a short shot which went by Özkan Ortunc and just under the crossbar into goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yılmaz Veli in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Özkan Ortunc prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Gümüşhane FK defense, Şenel Tuğsavan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Özkan Ortunc. The Gümüşhane FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Özkan Ortunc should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Gümüşhane FK's zone, Yılmaz Veli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Özkan Ortunc came out of the goal and Yılmaz Veli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Özkan Ortunc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yılmaz Veli in the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Balıkesirspor players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
