Eugenio Ourente took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ali Kaan Balım. Ali Kaan Balım dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Halit Ziya Parsbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Ottoman Empire's Ali Kaan Balım got control of the ball when Eugenio Ourente tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ottoman Empire's 董剑宁 got a free kick in the 26th minute. After 32 played minutes Ottoman Empire got a freekick which was hit by Halit Ziya Parsbay. In the 34th match minute, Nusaybin GençLikSpor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Burç Maruf to maneuver through the defense. Bülent Turgay's late challenge caught a Ottoman Empire's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bülent Turgay helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ottoman Empire booed when Nusaybin GençLikSpor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bülent Turgay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 39 played minutes, Ottoman Empire's Sebati Yadigar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Serdar Ulualp came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ottoman Empire reached it. In the 44th match minute, Nusaybin GençLikSpor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rıfkı Sefir to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugenio Ourente got free with Ali Kaan Balım in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Halit Ziya Parsbay to make the kick off. Nusaybin GençLikSpor's Rıfkı Sefir managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Şerif Eslem in the 62 minute of the game. Ali Kaan Balım took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rick McEachan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eugenio Ourente struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Ali Kaan Balım didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nusaybin GençLikSpor. In the 90th minute, 董剑宁 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 94 minutes Ottoman Empire's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Onurhan Heybetli who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Eugenio Ourente got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ali Kaan Balım quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nusaybin GençLikSpor had won after a very even match.
