Tadeo Jakobe who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Cloyo Casals when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 12th minute Kadim Orbey shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cumhur Tekay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, ⓔ.ⓡ.ⓩ.ⓤ.ⓡ.ⓤ.ⓜ ƨƙ's goalkeeper Cloyo Casals had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tadeo Jakobe. Ümit Karan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cloyo Casals having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Tadeo Jakobe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cloyo Casals was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Cumhur Tekay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kadim Orbey in the 40th minute of the match. With his leg Cloyo Casals managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when TexasCity ™'s Tadeo Jakobe fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Necdet Kabak hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Cloyo Casals took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Necdet Kabak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the TexasCity ™ defense, Dimitris Kyriakou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cumhur Tekay. The TexasCity ™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cumhur Tekay should have stopped the shot. After the first half ⓔ.ⓡ.ⓩ.ⓤ.ⓡ.ⓤ.ⓜ ƨƙ were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Tadeo Jakobe made the kick off in the second half. Cloyo Casals showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeo Jakobe in the 54th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tadeo Jakobe in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cloyo Casals prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Jakobe in the 70th managed to get into a good position. Cumhur Tekay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kadim Orbey, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ⓔ.ⓡ.ⓩ.ⓤ.ⓡ.ⓤ.ⓜ ƨƙ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
