The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Ciprian Bârlea was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alp Koral in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fábio Pessoa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Samir Handanovič made a huge save. Samir Handanovič took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Çakabey Olcaytu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CİMBOMBOM's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ciprian Bârlea ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Asım Arif Uraltan, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 79 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Alp Koral was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The CİMBOMBOM fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when CİMBOMBOM's Sezen Arısal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. İstemihan Sebuk hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Erkan Usal made in the 87th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Eliodor Stoica however managed to control. Samir Handanovič came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by CİMBOMBOM's Eliodor Stoica. But to his dismay, Eliodor Stoica quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Alp Koral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ziemowit Soroka in the 93rd minute of play. Çakabey Olcaytu kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match.
