Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Ziemowit Soroka started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. ÇaTaPaT's Doruk Sağıt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziemowit Soroka in the 2nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ziemowit Soroka in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doruk Sağıt saved ÇaTaPaT from getting behind. The Tarsus İdman Yurdu fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Namık Kemal Salur looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 11th minute, Semi Siyami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Tarsus İdman Yurdu booed when ÇaTaPaT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gürsel Türköz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Doruk Sağıt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baturay Seralp in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Tarsus İdman Yurdu booed when ÇaTaPaT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hasan Baydan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ziemowit Soroka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Doruk Sağıt having to make a save. After 32 minutes, Ahmet Turan Mennan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ÇaTaPaT and the Tarsus İdman Yurdu players grew even worse after the yellow card. Doruk Sağıt came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Ziemowit Soroka. But to his dismay, Ziemowit Soroka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 37 minutes into the match, Baturay Seralp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Doruk Sağıt. ÇaTaPaT's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Baturay Seralp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 41st minute Ziemowit Soroka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doruk Sağıt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doruk Sağıt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziemowit Soroka, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Çağatay Sonalp made in the 44th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Semi Siyami. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

After 52 played minutes ÇaTaPaT got a freekick which was hit by Çağatay Sonalp. In the 66th minute, Baturay Seralp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ziemowit Soroka might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Doruk Sağıt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ziemowit Soroka ran back to his position shaking his head. 70 minutes into the match, ÇaTaPaT's goal looked a bit too open when Baturay Seralp came free, but Doruk Sağıt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ÇaTaPaT's Doruk Sağıt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save ÇaTaPaT from getting a goal against them. Tarsus İdman Yurdu's Aykan Şatıroğlu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Çağatay Sonalp in the 72 minute of the game. Doruk Sağıt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ziemowit Soroka in the 74th minute of the match. Baturay Seralp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doruk Sağıt having to interfere. After 92 minutes ÇaTaPaT's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ciprian Bârlea who took care of the corner kick. Baturay Seralp made a great header on Tarsus İdman Yurdu's corner, it was just that ÇaTaPaT's Doruk Sağıt managed to reach the ball for a save. Baturay Seralp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tarsus İdman Yurdu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
