Spectators: 8070 (Terracing: 6054, Seating: 1856, VIP seats: 160) Naci Kaynak made the kick off and thus started the match. With a little luck, BordoMavi's Kamuran Hanedan got control of the ball when Daniel Stålberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulu Hayırlı in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dursun Ekinci saved MERT FC from getting behind. In the 9th minute, Raik Ağın left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MERT FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, BordoMavi's goal looked a bit too open when Naci Kaynak came free, but Kamuran Hanedan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Stålberg scored 2-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kamuran Hanedan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The MERT FC fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when MERT FC's Naci Kaynak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Ulu Hayırlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute Ulu Hayırlı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dursun Ekinci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kamuran Hanedan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şansal Taşcıoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MERT FC were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after BordoMavi's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ahmet Orhan Kutulmuş took the corner. Dursun Ekinci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wambasther Ribéry in the 41st minute of the match. 46 minutes into the match, BordoMavi's goal looked a bit too open when Naci Kaynak came free, but Kamuran Hanedan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ulu Hayırlı was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Namık Kemal Ortaçgil managed to get in a good position for a shot. BordoMavi's supporters rose to their feet, but Namık Kemal Ortaçgil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dursun Ekinci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Naci Kaynak in the 64th minute of play forced BordoMavi's goalkeeper Kamuran Hanedan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 67 minutes BordoMavi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ahmet Orhan Kutulmuş who took care of the corner kick. MERT FC's Ahmet Orhan Kutulmuş was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kamuran Hanedan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Kamuran Hanedan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Stålberg in the 70th minute of play. Kamuran Hanedan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Orhan Kutulmuş, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Wambasther Ribéry's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dursun Ekinci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Kamuran Hanedan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naci Kaynak in the 74th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Daniel Stålberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kamuran Hanedan was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. 84 minutes into the match, MERT FC's goalkeeper Dursun Ekinci had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulu Hayırlı. 85 minutes into the game, Ulu Hayırlı recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dursun Ekinci. Ulu Hayırlı showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. The audience was convinced that Naci Kaynak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kamuran Hanedan was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Aurelian Caciulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th minute, Ulu Hayırlı made a precise shot to the right of Dursun Ekinci. MERT FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the BordoMavi players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MERT FC.
