After a rather tough play, ADANACAN's Alaaddin Atay got a free kick in the 9th minute. Makineciler 1923's Hayrettin Karhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alaaddin Atay in the 10th minute of play. ADANACAN were awarded a corner in the 12th minute after Makineciler 1923's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ömer Cerme took the corner. In the 14th match minute, ADANACAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by August Haeger to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Raşit Civan in the 15th minute really tested Kemalettin Üstün's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Makineciler 1923's goalkeeper Hayrettin Karhan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the ADANACAN defense, Mehmet Emin Toköz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kemalettin Üstün. The ADANACAN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kemalettin Üstün should have stopped the shot. Kemalettin Üstün stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rafet Yanal's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After a rather tough play, Makineciler 1923's Guust Steenberghs got a free kick in the 38th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alaaddin Atay in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hayrettin Karhan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When ADANACAN's Alaaddin Atay in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Makineciler 1923's goalie prevented a goal. If Guillermo Phelipe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 47 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Alaaddin Atay sped through Makineciler 1923's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hayrettin Karhan. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Alaaddin Atay got free with Hayrettin Karhan in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Alaaddin Atay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hayrettin Karhan was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Emin Toköz in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alaaddin Atay in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hayrettin Karhan saved Makineciler 1923 from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alaaddin Atay in the 70th minute of play forced Makineciler 1923's goalkeeper Hayrettin Karhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hayrettin Karhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alaaddin Atay in the 73rd minute of the match. Yıldıray Cingöz hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. ADANACAN's Kemalettin Üstün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Utku Bintuğ in the 75th minute of play. Makineciler 1923's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Utku Bintuğ in the 76th minute. A nice corner shot did that Utku Bintuğ got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kemalettin Üstün quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Makineciler 1923's Hayrettin Karhan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Makineciler 1923 from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafet Yanal in the 81st minute of play forced ADANACAN's goalkeeper Kemalettin Üstün to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Hayrettin Karhan managed to avoid a goal in the 83rdth minute, when ADANACAN's Alaaddin Atay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. ADANACAN's Alaaddin Atay was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 86th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Makineciler 1923's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Alaaddin Atay 88 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-4. Alfredo Raymundo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hayrettin Karhan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. The Makineciler 1923 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ADANACAN's performance. The match ended with a win for ADANACAN.
