Spectators: 7603 (Terracing: 6003, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) 5 minutes into the match, Erim Baştürk notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Balabancıkspor's Gení Cerreri. Gení Cerreri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erim Baştürk in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gení Cerreri saved Balabancıkspor from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Muhittin Kamber in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gení Cerreri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 25 minutes into the match, AV ZAMANI 37's Erim Baştürk sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gení Cerreri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 27th minute Erim Baştürk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gení Cerreri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Muhittin Kamber's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gení Cerreri was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
