In the 24th minute Hilmi Uyaralp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atahan Yankı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 27 minutes, Muhittin Kamber made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Otomasyon Gençlik F.K.'s Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Atahan Yankı took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ataol Dilsafa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Muhittin Kamber in the 32nd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Muhittin Kamber ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Güneş Süleyman got free with Atahan Yankı in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Muhittin Kamber made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 51 minutes, Erim Baştürk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AV ZAMANI 37's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erim Baştürk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when AV ZAMANI 37's Muhittin Kamber fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Güneş Süleyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atahan Yankı came out of the goal and Hilmi Uyaralp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 75 minutes into the match, Hilmi Uyaralp had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Atahan Yankı. AV ZAMANI 37's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hilmi Uyaralp was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Muhittin Kamber's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th minute, AV ZAMANI 37's Erim Baştürk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy. Mehmet Halis Mutlusoy yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-3. The AV ZAMANI 37 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AV ZAMANI 37 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
