But to his dismay, Mehdi Eyüpoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Çağlar Erakıncı put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Enes Koçaş. Archie Chu scored 2-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tuğrul Özboga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Evcilerspor's Tuğrul Özboga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Evcilerspor from getting a goal against them. Çağlar Erakıncı kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Tuğrul Özboga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tahir İren in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çağlar Erakıncı in the 27th minute of play forced MALATYASPOR's goalkeeper Enes Koçaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Çağlar Erakıncı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Evcilerspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MALATYASPOR the free kick. The audience was convinced that Çağlar Erakıncı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enes Koçaş was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Archie Chu made the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes MALATYASPOR's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Uygur Kamver who took care of the corner kick. After 56 played minutes MALATYASPOR got a freekick which was hit by Tahir İren. Enes Koçaş made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağlar Erakıncı in the 58th minute of play. Benjamin Tunströms short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Enes Koçaş to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Michal Kormaník hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 62nd minute, Ali Vedat Hıfzullah hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tuğrul Özboga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Archie Chu, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Çağlar Erakıncı sped through MALATYASPOR's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enes Koçaş. An unexpectedly hard shot by Archie Chu in the 70th minute of play forced Evcilerspor's goalkeeper Tuğrul Özboga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Evcilerspor's Tuğrul Özboga became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 4-3. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. MALATYASPOR fully deserved thier win.
