In the 37th minute Yiğit Tanırer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taha Günden saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hazım Başdoğan hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 40 minutes into the match, Abdurrezzak Kadrettin notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK's Taha Günden. Taha Günden was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK booed when KOZAĞAÇSPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aybars Mukerrem didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vatan Mert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 59 minutes into the match, KOZAĞAÇSPOR's goal looked a bit too open when Karhan İzzettin came free, but Tolga Özgu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 minutes, Nizam Nizam mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KOZAĞAÇSPOR and the ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 76th minute, Karhan İzzettin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tolga Özgu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karhan İzzettin, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, KOZAĞAÇSPOR's Nizam Nizam got a free kick in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in KOZAĞAÇSPOR's zone, Jani Toppinen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolga Özgu came out of the goal and Jani Toppinen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, ŞAHŞEHRİYAR FK's Taha Günden got control of the ball when Onur Ali Okuyan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aybars Mukerrem during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 93rd match minute, KOZAĞAÇSPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aybars Mukerrem to maneuver through the defense. KOZAĞAÇSPOR's Tolga Özgu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Carneiro in the 96th minute of play. KOZAĞAÇSPOR's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
