The audience thought a goal was coming when Ediz Tandan got free with Fernado Muslera in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Damaso Arixo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nuh Saip in the 48th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ediz Tandan made a kick off. Trakyaspor's Damaso Arixo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Trakyaspor from getting a goal against them. Fernado Muslera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hüseyin Rahmi Tankut in the 57th minute of play. The supporters of Trakyaspor booed when Sadikköy Erdoğan FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fazıl Hüsnü Batı didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle went the supporters of Sadikköy Erdoğan FK were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Trakyaspor side.
