Joar Scheie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vince Santo in the 4th minute of play. Ahmet Fikret Sidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arda Turan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven-Olof Vestlund received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ahmet Fikret Sidal came out and tried to block the shot, but Sven-Olof Vestlund slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, UYANIŞ BÜYÜK SELÇUKLU's goalkeeper Ahmet Fikret Sidal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celestino Poncio. Ferdinánd Wolf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ahmet Fikret Sidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baba Popescu in the 19th minute of the match. After 20 played minutes UYANIŞ BÜYÜK SELÇUKLU got a freekick which was hit by 白杰洲. Ahmet Fikret Sidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arda Turan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joar Scheie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinánd Wolf, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 29thth minute of the game Vince Santo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CAN ERZURUM's Joar Scheie was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30th minute Baba Popescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Fikret Sidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. UYANIŞ BÜYÜK SELÇUKLU's Ahmet Fikret Sidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arda Turan in the 31st minute of play. After a rather tough play, UYANIŞ BÜYÜK SELÇUKLU's Eugeniusz Pryla got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Celestino Poncio could shoot a difficult shot in the 34th minute, which Ahmet Fikret Sidal however easily saved by the left post. 40 minutes into the match, CAN ERZURUM's goal looked a bit too open when Çağdaş İlyas came free, but Joar Scheie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. UYANIŞ BÜYÜK SELÇUKLU's Ahmet Fikret Sidal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save UYANIŞ BÜYÜK SELÇUKLU from getting a goal against them. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vince Santo made a kick off. Arda Turan scored 3-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ahmet Fikret Sidal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joar Scheie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vince Santo in the 56th minute of play. Joar Scheie showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vince Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Joar Scheie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferdinánd Wolf in the 66th minute of the match.
