Battal Seyyit Bedel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yiğit Haşmetli went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Battal Seyyit Bedel came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Indiana University's Yiğit Haşmetli. But to his dismay, Yiğit Haşmetli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Frits Lenoir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Çağrı Riayet went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 30 minutes into the match, Indiana University's goal looked a bit too open when Edoardo Pelliccia came free, but Frits Lenoir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kurfalı SK's Adil Ortun got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Battal Seyyit Bedel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yiğit Haşmetli, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Kurfalı SK's Battal Seyyit Bedel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yiğit Haşmetli in the 36th minute of play. In the 40th minute of the match Indiana University got a corner. Kurfalı SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Indiana University's Hikmet Temirkut was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Battal Seyyit Bedel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The wind increased when Yiğit Haşmetli made the kick off in the second half. Kurfalı SK's Battal Seyyit Bedel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yiğit Haşmetli in the 60th minute of play. Frits Lenoir made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Edoardo Pelliccia sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurfalı SK's goalkeeper Battal Seyyit Bedel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Battal Seyyit Bedel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yiğit Haşmetli, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute.
