An unexpectedly hard shot by Gürhan Tansoy in the 5th minute of play forced GAZİKENT FK's goalkeeper Songur Alyakut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Songur Alyakut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Atıf Ulus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute, Gürhan Tansoy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BeŞiKtAş07 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of GAZİKENT FK booed when BeŞiKtAş07 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akil Ergüleç didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute of the match Filomeno De Putter shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cipriano Berdoi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Songur Alyakut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürhan Tansoy in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Atıf Ulus in the 22nd minute of play forced GAZİKENT FK's goalkeeper Songur Alyakut to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Songur Alyakut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Atıf Ulus, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Songur Alyakut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Andreasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 27th play minutes Jonatan Andreasson shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Songur Alyakut and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 30th minute of the match, Derman Tuğaltay tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cipriano Berdoi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. GAZİKENT FK's Songur Alyakut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Savaşer Kornes in the 34th minute of play. Cipriano Berdoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filomeno De Putter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Atıf Ulus in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Songur Alyakut prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cipriano Berdoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derman Tuğaltay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Ali Atıf Ulus made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, BeŞiKtAş07 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Andreasson to maneuver through the defense. Songur Alyakut was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gürhan Tansoy showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 56 minute of play. GAZİKENT FK made a substitution. Fırat Şanberk replaced Battal Gazi Bozdağ. In the 61st match minute, GAZİKENT FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Derman Tuğaltay to maneuver through the defense. Songur Alyakut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürhan Tansoy in the 63rd minute of the match. Songur Alyakut came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by BeŞiKtAş07's Jonatan Andreasson. But to his dismay, Jonatan Andreasson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 67 minutes into the game, BeŞiKtAş07's Gürhan Tansoy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Songur Alyakut made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. GAZİKENT FK's Kristian Oost was substituted for Asaf Aktaç. The crowd rose to their feet as BeŞiKtAş07's Ali Atıf Ulus slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Songur Alyakut. That made the score 0-7 after 72 minutes of play. 78 minutes into the match, GAZİKENT FK's goalkeeper Songur Alyakut had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Musa Uluçkan. Gürhan Tansoy could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Songur Alyakut made a huge save. If Musa Uluçkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute Gürhan Tansoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songur Alyakut saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Songur Alyakut made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gürhan Tansoy in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, BeŞiKtAş07's goal looked a bit too open when Fırat Şanberk came free, but Cipriano Berdoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. BeŞiKtAş07's Cipriano Berdoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fırat Şanberk in the 90th minute of play. The BeŞiKtAş07 supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BeŞiKtAş07 would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
